Why it was built

Standard charging docks do not fit a specific combination of devices. Custom mechanical and electrical design required.

CONCEPT

The idea

Design a dock that fits exactly the required devices, with integrated cable routing and a clean surface finish.

BUILD

How it was built

Fusion 360 for mechanical design. FDM printed in PETG for heat resistance. Custom PCB layout for charging circuitry.

RESULT

Current state

Functional prototype printed and assembled. Mechanical fit confirmed. Electronics integration in progress.

Next steps

Final electronics integration. Surface finishing. Iterate on cable management.
